I don't see the little needle roller bearing that goes in the output shaft. O bugger. What's it look like? There seems to be 4 needle roller bearings all up in the kit. From what i can see it looks like you got 2 sets of needle roller bearings for the counter shaft. The one that is missing looks qu...

As far as i understand the 2 ball bearings with springs behind them are just to give that clicking sensation when you move the gear stick The Ball bearing in the middle is an interlock so that you have to be in 4wd before you go into Low Range.... now with the 4wd fork in 4wd, i can manage to bump t...

Hey mate, Just went through working out same thing for myself. (different ratio's though) if you have the 5.1:1 Ratio in your diffs, there arnt really any commercial gears you can put in, that wont make you rev heaps on the highways... If you've got 5.1 diffs with Calmini 4.16 Reduction Gears, and s...

Marutis and 1L zooks have the 4.1 ratios. I bring your attention to this because your selected choice in the spreadsheet is one with 4.1 diff ratios so unless you plan to find some WT Maruti diffs its pretty much impossible in a WT zook to have these ratios as the 1L centres are not interchangeable...

So you think going hilux's is better than reinforcing/replacing the old suzi stuff?

Rb, who did your hilux diff conversion? or u do it urself?

also are the axels/cvs in all sierra's the same or the coily ones weaker or stronger than the leafies?

Do the EFS springs fit straight into where the original suzuki springs fitted? or do you need to replace the shackles and a whole lot of other stuff? I'll happily buy new leafs for it if it is simple swap, to keep the cost down... Otherwise i may just extend my shackles and then if i buy new leaves,...
