Best to check with a engineer as this does require engineering.

Depending on what year, Even 286/75/16 will need engineering to be legal.

I'll have a look at the twin ARB's, that said I have purposely avoided ARB over the last 5 years, due to having a major issue with every item I purchased.

Cheers bru

The Boss might compare to the single ARB, But its no comparison to the twin ARB.

I replaced my Boss compressor with the twin ARB.

The only time i've had a problem with my ARB twin was when the battery voltage was low.

How ever i did run heavy cable as close to the compressor as possable.

Re: 80 series full time to part time

I know it's on the cards for me as i'll be regularly towing heavy and needing to do a bit of reversing in low range for control and clutch happyness. But low range in the HDJ100 automatically locks the centre diff and then you get transmission wind up and becomes a prig of a thing on solid ground ...

My CT20 sourced from a Surf was leaking oil when I installed it on my 3L motor so I rebuilt it with an ebay kit and had MTQ balance it.
That was two years ago and have had no issues since.
Not sure how much difference there is between a CT20 and 26 but this is how I did it:

I think you will find with performance upgrade's, it about "all"the things you do to the motor that complement each other.
Not just 1 thing that makes a huge inprovment.
If you want big power, get your injector pump & injectors recod & set up properly.

I do know beaudesert dont like selling thier dump pipes separately unless your on their books as a recent customer.

I think you will find the beaudesert dump pipe is cast iron & 3 1/2"
