A bit late, I know... but a chap in England has started selling Disk Handbrakes for land rovers. His name is Simon and his website is X-eng.co.uk - more models than just defenders currently under design, i.e. Disco. The product is called X-brake, and has already been fitted to over 250 vehicles ...
