I was out driving today and I have just snaped my back axel I'm looking to put a new set of diffs on it.
Is it possible to put hilux diffs strait on with out hooking up stronger tail shafts?
At the moment i just have the shit house stock 1L sierra diffs.

any one here ever put a rotery in a sierra i'm thinking of doing it but at the moment I can't find a cheap enough engine do you guys think a 12A rotery would be the go I would probably have to change the gearing around and my diffs.

don't go the gemini as it is an old heavy engine. Do a search on here as it has been discussed but some good options are the Vitara 1.6 or the Sierra 1.3 for ease. Any of the corolla engines can be a good swap too Or you could go the gearing route to drive a bigger tyre. What do you want more power ...

puting a new engine in my zooki
I was thinking about puting a 1.6litre gemini engine in my 84 sierra and maybe put a turbo charger on it.
