yeah mate you can have a fuel tank inside the car, the Law states you must be able to fill the car from the outside. So if you run a filler hose and spout you'd be fine . if it was in a soft top i guess you would get away with just the cell. tim

those people out there nocking the 4age motor in a zuke havnt had one !! i run a 20V 4age and there is northing better , i've had the GTi the 18RG, turbo'd 13B, the only other conversion i would thing about is maybe the CA18DET. other than that the 4age is the best option, yes i modifty the firewall ...

well i have a 350HP 308 and turbo 700 gearbox, both only done 2,000km's since reconditioned , both have all new parts, over $10K worth of parts and work done. gearbox built to suit 600hp with new 3200stall. selling both motor and box for $6500

yeah the kings are great, bit of a harder ride than others but there stronger. they will will 30's no worries, the scrubbing comes with the rim offset, not the lift. depends on what your doing but the best shockies are pro-comps . hope this help you

yes you can fit the vitara radiator into a sierra with no body lift, i just did it the other day. although i did hit the bonnet in a little and made up a custom braket for it. i have also put a V6 commodore radiator in a sierra with a 2 inch body lift. having said this . i did away with the original ...

oh yeah you also need to grind down the pickup points in the dizzy, but leave the 4 big ones. should be in your microtech book, if its not i have a copy of it.

just hit yout firewall in with a mallet, line it up with your radiator cap and hit the firewall in. cheap and it doesnt look that bad. done it on heaps of zukes.

doing things twice
i have said it once but i'll say it again, you have to run the gti flywheel, BUT you'll have to use the sierra flywheel bolts !!!! thats the trap ! and use a sierra clucth plate with the gti pressure plate, I have done this conversion and know .

if you turn the motor while in gear , does the jack shaft turn ( tailshaft from gbox to t case) if so then your t case is in neutral. You need to use the GTi pressure plate with the Gti flywheel , but use the sierra clutch plate. I cant remember if there the same i have always just used the gti ...

the 4.11 narrow track 1 litre diff centres DONT fit into 3.9 narrow track ( 1.3 Litre ) or wide track housings, please dont be caught by this.
