On behalf of the Lithgow crew a huuuge thanks for all the work that went into hosting this event. It was great to back at Sorra again and loved the camping areas. So good to be sleeping on flat ground.
Hopefully this can be the first of many comps to come at Sorra - loved being so close to home ...

& you will only be allowed to tow / winch over one obstacle at a time ... then you unhook to proceed

Last year on event 4 most people had to winch the whole length of the first hill over multiple obstacles. If you apply the above ruling thats probably going to use allowable every stop.

Thanks and congrats to all the TLCC crew for not only a professional event, but also a great social event. Thats why we keep coming back after 10 years.

Had issues with the old GU overheating when towing so cut some extra holes in the bullbar.
Aim was to try and keep it looking half decent and as original as poss. First time use of Plasma cutter - specially liked the way the W hole duplicated the original

Evan, I am sure they will, just not under the management of "Masters". It's too good a venue to go to waste, so I am sure someone will take this on. Might not be straight away though.

Trucks packed and on the trailer. couple of last minute mods to help speed up any vehicle to vehicle assistance.

Had a good day out Sundy with tyres performing well. It was a bit rushed straight up and we didnt get the chance to bed them in. Only issue was we ripped one valve out which I doubt would of happened if we'd taken time to sikaflex them.

I did a read thru b4 posting this as there are a number of threads discussing tubes and boy is it a controversial subject. I've personally run tubes on 5 different sets of comp tyres including 2 sets of 33's, 36 swampers, and 2 sets of Maxxis sticky 37's. I've never ...

Last week i bought some 40 x 17R Maxxis stickies in prep for Tuff Truck and I wont be able to beadlock them for a few weeks. I want to get out and get some seat time with the 40's so need to do something quickly. Not interested in secondairs though.
I have used Simex tubes in tyres for years and ...
