EFI was an option in 97/98 models. i wasent aware about the piston issue, but as jayden said. the motors still go hard (in relation :p)
i know nothing about the EFI motor... i have a feeling it was the same motor as the jimny, but hey! just a guess :p

im having similar problem with my 97 coily... the gearbox has alot of movement in the shaft for some reason, but i can't find a mount broken. and i have a DEATH wobbles in my steering.. SURE! it could! be the wheel balancing, but i highly doubt this due to the fact that this was done not too long ag...

Yes a 4wd situation is the only place a supercharger is better than a turbo. On the road or a race track the Turbo is miles ahead. thats bullshit.... both do exactly the same thing, in 2 different ways, and produce the same desired power when done right. chargers just cost way too much money compar...
