Toyota V8 Diesel

Talking to the toyota rep today he said that toyota are releasing a 5.7 V8 diesel twin turbo in about 18 mths time he said that they are releasing a 90 series cab chassis and troop carrier, same motor is going to be realsed in USA in the tundras. :cool:

Auto transmission 90 Vitara

Gday guys wonder if soemone can help, a mate oif mine just picked up an 90 Vitara with an auto in it it, the transmission pisses fluid out from the bellhousing, what would this most likely be, a seal gone? or something more major? what do you reckon? Found a joint over at Warragul that will do the conversion for me, took his patrol 6.5 v8 for a drive today, and was impressed! motor didnt have to do over 2000rpm to do what ever you wanted it to do! Am getting the 6.5 V8 diesel Conversion done (fully engineered), arb air lockers front and back, 3 ...

Got onto Dewars today, they said they could supply the motor and everything else needed for 11,660 inc GST which sounds pretty good, that is for a rebuilt motor and all accessories to do the job. Sounds good! Thanks for everyones help. 6.5 Rangie might take you up on that offer when the time comes ...
