if some one has a 1hz gearbox (H150F) out can they measure the input shaft and the bellhousing

hi guys i have a 1990 3F carby 80 series and looking at putting a 1HZ in to it as i can get one cheap so have a few Q's about the swap.
my 80 runs a H150F gearbox and from what i can tell the 1HZ 80 runs the same gearbox different bellhousing and clutch

Nat the problem you will have is your 88 is a 2 door and the 92 surf is a 4 door the wheel bases are different so it wont fit... (wheel arches dont line up)
try and find a 90 model 2 door and from memory there is ...

1977 FJ40 SWB rear diff moved back 150mm SOA 35x13.5 tyres it has 4 degree on a knuckle turn and 3 degree wedges and with or with out the wedges it drove like puss it should be +7 degree when i got the car it was -5 degree casterTiny wrote:Vehicle specs? Have you tried wedges to see if they help?

so what exactly did they do if they didnt do a caster sweep to even check the caster , didnt correct the toe in wtf is that all about
so they have effectively left it just as rooted as when it drove in without even checking the caster to give an accurate diagnosis .
fix the toe issue then take it ...

hi guys went and got a Wheel Alignment today as i was geting bump steer any way the guy was saying that the rear diff is over to the left and cant do caster untill the back diff is moved back over but looking at it its ok and the measurments are the same both sides but on paper its says different ...

after have been there done that get the 4.6 diff had the rb30 gearbox rb25det cluch and flywheel RB30 engine mounts but need to cut the pass side as it hits the turbo
the GQ rb30 is the same gearbox as a R33 R32 VL just run a difrent ratio T/case it the same you can use a TB42 gearbox there a guy ...

i have this delema i'm going to be putting a TH350 and a 1 piece t/case in to my fj40 now the Torque Convertor is a 2500 stall and was told that with my set up the stall would drop to 1600-1800
