All fixed there was a slight alignment issue and leak at the crossover pipe to inlet manifold, fixed it by using a thicker gasket and rotating the front housing on the turbo by a whisker. Now Im in stealth mode.
Thanks

Guys
Have just fitted a new Dts turbo and it goes well, but the turbo whistle is really loud, people are turning and looking 100's metres away. Does anybody have any idea as to why it is so loud, I woukd hate to do a long trip with it this loud. Any suggestions most welcome.

GQ Body Mount Rubbers
GQ Body Mount Rubbers
Does any one know of a alternative to genuine rubbers as the are pretty pricey $480 for a set. My body is cracked around most of the body mount holes and some of the rubber mounts are also cracked. I figured I would renew all of them when I was welding up the body.
Cheers...

You can make anything fit
You can make anything fit if you modify enough, like modifing the firewall back and the transmission higher & wider. So if I can get over dimensions of the engine & the allison gearbox I can start designing the relevant changes.
