I bought that roofrack in Kitiko's photo with the intention of modifying it to attach to the sidesteps. Currently the front attaches to brackets bolted to the chassis and the rear attaches to brackets bolted to the towbar section. There's also a bracket on the front legs to make use of the bolts at ...

I would be interested in this too. I ripped out the dash to respray it this weekend but didn't have the time to rework the white dash gauges (from suzukiinfo.com) from mph to km/h. I'll get it done but not for a week or three so if anyone has done it that would be great. I'll be working on the old ...

I'll leave it too others to answer most of your questions with regards to water cooling and related issues, but I have a thermo fan and couldn't live without it. My car came with it fitted so I can't make a real-world comparison against a fan-driven one but when it kicks in you know it's on :)

Gutlless & Polar Bear,
Who are you insured with? I had quite a discussion insuring mine with Just Cars, although I'm happy with them just now. They were OK about insuring it including the fact it had been modified, but had no luck insuring it for anything more than market value of a stock model of ...

Tinted windows were something I'd thought about and would be a great option.
Seats aren't so useless when you have regular passengers, but I'd agree that most people who use their vehicle extensively off-road probably take them out if they don't need them, if they own rear seats at all. I usually ...

The Monza sports and bucket seats from Autotecnica fit fine.

Might want to check the widths of the specific models to be sure. I've got the SP2's in mine without any problems. Check out eBay rather than forking out $499 each!

I can do this for you if you don't have any takers. I live on the 'Coast and it's not much of a trek - probably worth it just for the drive there. Plus I like the idea of this kind of cover if the price is right ;) It sounds like they are as keen to get the ball rolling on this.
