Thanks for the feed back fellers.Sounds like I should just leave it alone,ill prolly just give a decent pod filter and a 2inch exhaust,and put some 4.55s in the diffs.Just want it to be reliable so i can get the most out of it.

Hey all,just bought a new project today,an 83 lwb sierra fitted with the 660 turbo motor out of the jap import jimny"s.The motor seems fresh and runs well with 12 psi showing on the boost gauge.Now while it goes ok,just wondering if its wise to wind the boost up a little maybe to 15 or 16 pound ...

Thanks for the feedback everyone,sounds like i might be a bit ambitious,so will go run some 285/75/16 bighorns instead.Still with big offset,on some 8's.Whats the generall consensus,on the 1 litre diffs,strength wise,cause with,better clearance,better gearing,lighter weight and only 2 inches ...

Currently got a 1 litre lwb,with a 2 inch spring lift and on some 30 inch muds with 4.1 gears.Now im wanting to fit some 33x12.5,s on some big offset rims,prolly 8inches at this stage.Am on a tight budget,so am not interested in spending any more on suspension,shackles etc.Will a big guard chop be ...
