Yes.Had the same problem with my 99 club cab.
I'm sure holes were drilled approx half way up the door.
I used the rubber sausage thingy that came with my locking kit removed
doors, drilled holes, feed wires(plus speaker wires).
Works out ok.

Hi everyone I have a NL exceed 3.5 just wanting to know is there any way of checking the idle speed. EG. on my el fairmont a pin out which gets earthed and computer goes into self test mode then timing and idle speed can be changed. Can this be done on my pajero? I have cleaned the idle valve. Can anyone tell me which year model or trim(eg exceed gls) had the rear
factory diff lock?
Was it any option?
Looking for one in nl model (pumped guards).

I have a nl swb there is vibration at approx 80klms when slowing down I have replaced the rear uni joint but noticed there is a lots of play in the cv joint coming out of the transfer case. Dont know about the cam shaft sensor plates. On the crank sensor plate it should have 2 pins or pins holes aligning it to the belt drive gear. Maybe there was a mod done? But I think TDC should line up on all markings Photo I found not saying your motor is the same If you can resize this one you can ...

Hey ben Not sure if the motors are the same. I done the same thing on my nl 98 3.5.I had my wise oldman look at and we bolted the aluminum front engine cover on(that pulleys and alt etc bolt to)and I was one tooth out on the crank. We then removed all lined up the cams,crank to right pos.Started ...
