How do you measure your rim offset? i had some 15 x 10 alloys of a 45 series that i put on my 75 series and they need about 8mm wheel spacers to fit the front, what would be the best offset for a 15 x 10 to fit without spacers? cheers mick

will find out next week when it goes in for roadworthy,idler arm had rust in end,wasnt allowing tierod in far enough,couldnt find anything else,will still need wheel alignment to

yeh i put the heavy duty seals in also, iv doubled checked everything, done all the measurements between tie rod ends etc, all good, a wheel alignment only does toe in/out, it drives straight until you hit a bump or pothole then it just takes off to the left or right, its caster thats wrong with it ...

So many nice things you can buy for the 1uz and they make so much reliable power! In standard form they are good for around 400-500hp at the treads. With a set of rods and pistons well over 1000hp is achievable. If they can hold together at that power level, it basically means they are a dam strong ...

yeh, im after comfort and i want the springs to work a bit,it has very heavy springs in the back now and it doesnt take much to lift a wheel, think i will get airbags and lighter springs

Hey guys, needing new springs in cruiser, probly get ironman 50mm lift for it, after some advice on what load rating, it has a heavy steel tray on it with tool boxes built in under the sides and will be used for camping and dirtbikes. not sure to get the performance springs and throw some airbags ...

Hey guys, having few dramas with my brakes, put it down to either booster or master cylinder i think, its late 90 model with drum rear, all pads are good, have readjusted rear pads and bleed all lines including proportioning valve and pedal goes halfway down before stopping solid and barely pulls ...

Hi guys, recently bought a 1990 cruiser ute with factory diff locks and in the process of rebuilding the swivel hubs etc, i have found the left front cv joint to be stuffed and i am not sure what cvs to put in it,any suggestions? without spending lots of dollars would be nice

best size rim for 315/75/16 claws?
Hey guys, did a search and couldnt find anything, what size rim do you think is best suited for 315/75/16 claws? 16 x 10 or 16 x 8, they are currently on factory GU rims but scrub on my control arms at full lock, they are on a GQ shorty with 3 inch spring and 2 inch body lift, cheers Mick
