2.4 ct20 turbo to 2.8 4 runner

I have a 2.4 ct20 turbo but i also have a drama the bolts that hold the throttle cable to the inlet manifold have nowhere to go does anybody know what is the best way to go. 1 get a 3.0 inlet manifold off a LN167
or 2 make a adapter plate for the cable to mount to?

My LN130 ran 33x12.5" without any bodylift or suspension but when articulated right up it did hit inside the guards at the front. Since the body lift and the suspension lift shes sweet now going higher though no quite enough ground clearence still getting hung up where this thing goes.
