The old h4 lights i was running in my 86 hilux where out of a rodeo never had a problem so my thinking would be any vehicle using them same size light would be ok

unless they have been changed in the gen2 hilux desiel is 4.5 petrol is 4.8 as far as i know they use to use the ARB RD01 but there not made anymore i herd so now i think its the RD23 they use

Yeah sounds good but try finding one they are hard to find for that price i was just looking for one as well most where around the $400-$600 second hand and reco was over the $1000 mark

Ok that problem is solved its pulled apart now a new problem the output shafts are different in the number of teeth on the spline for the transfer coupler

Removing transfercase

I have a hilux with a g52 gearbox wich has given up he ghost and have piced a a g52 out of a bj73 bundera but i cant get the transfer case to seperate from the gearbox 1. Is there a hidden bolt somewhere i havent found 2. Do you have to seperate the transfer case to get to the bolts on the gearbox ...

yes the colum is the same and you need a pwr steer box wich is a simple bolt on job and the lines and pump/resivoir, i just done this same thing on my 86 4y LN67

Did you disconnect the battery before welding on the car :?: if not you proberly fried the alternator
