If you want to go down the v6 path i think it would be easier to start with a diesel.They have the gearbox with a detachable bellhousing/taller gearbox ratios and the fuel tank has the return line you will need for fuel injection. Is there gas in the system as there is a low pressure switch which will stop the compressor if there is no gas.

I took mine of when i put the raised springs in as the original was to short.When i got the adjustable one and set it up properly it got rid of the bump steer plus i needed it for engineering. Also made adjustable sway bar disconnects.

When i got mine there were 3x copys 1for me the guy i got the blue slip kept 1 and the RTA kept a copy and on my rego papers it has the number and who did it. If it has been lodged with the RTA they should be able to tell you unless it was more then 10 years ago.

F20 gears wont fit into a f75 transfer. They are smaller and not as strong.
When i blew my transfer i was going to use the parts out of a f20 box i had but they were not even close.

They only coat the top of the piston. There is a coating you can do the skirts in but not sure the thickness of it.

I fix sandblast gear for a livin.Most backyard guys general have a timber frame set up with containment sheeting nailed to it on a concrete floor if you want to resuse the media. Good idea to have an air feed helmet or a good resperator.

I just finished helping my mate do the same thing with his zuk. What we found after a lot of playing around was to run only 2 leaves in the pack and set the spring so it is flat. You already have plenty of hight with the SPOA and when the spring is flat it will let the wheel travel down heaps more ...
