@ 270 k's that engine will need a rebuild.I would not get it as a full rebuild will cost you over $3,000 easy.

Thanks I will get it replaced but I will change the fuel filter first cause it might be blocked causing the pump to work really hard.

the reason porting is done to an engine is to reduce tubulence/drag just like airplane wings. they are smooooth not rough like cast engine parts.Performance gains are small for the cost.Get more power doing stuff like expensive uni filters and extractors and good 2 1/2 or 3 inch exhaust systems ...

I've got a mix of Old Man Emu shocks and springs with std torsion bars. I'm happy with how it all works. I just need a set of Polyairs for when it's really loaded or with a trailer on. Did it lift it up much?

Check your thermistat or replace it.If it does not open correctly then the engine will overheat causing loss of power.The thermistat helps maintain the correct engine coolant temp.Very cheap.

Could be a number of things. Like the valves need a look at. If they dont seal properly then the compression needed to ignite the fuel wont be there.Thats how diesels work,on compression.Also the injectors need to be clean and free of carbon deposits on the tips so as to atomise the fuel into a fine ...
