Did u sugest that cuase there arnt any aftermarket ones available that will accept factoey bushes, or was it just a suggestion? Eitherway it sounds like a good way around it.

Hi guys. I want to put some adjustable panhards in my 80. Running 4'' lift. Which ones can i buy and fit factory bushes when the aftermarket bushes wear out?

Yep. Been using the castrol VMX-M in the gear box. Done about 3,000 klms since changing and very satisified. After it wore it self through properly i really noticed the difference. I'll drop it out at 10'000 and replace with fresh VMX-M.

Thanks for the imput guys. I changed the oil last night to VMX-M, and noticed the difference straight away. Hasnt fixed the problem but a good improvement. I only do 11klms to work so hasnt really had a chance to work in but i'm going up the Watto's for the lonbebit a g so hopefully it gets beta. I ...

80 series gearbox

Bought an 80 series DX reciently with a 1HZ and 5 speed gearbox. The box won't shift back to 2nd from 3rd unless giong REALLY slow and i want to fix it. What are my options? I have been told that the GXL box's are different cause of constant 4wd. Is this true? Will a HJ75 Ute or troopy box bolt up ...

Hi guys. I have a 80 series DX 1HZ poverty pack. Not constant 4wd, and am wanting to know if i am able to use a cv from a 60 series. I know inner axles are different but are the cv's the same???

Any height measurements anyone???....
If everything works out I'll post pictures of me doung a burnout in the back of the Troopy. I just need the height measurement!
BTW, will the troopy do a burnout? Would make a cool picture. Not on public road of course....

If you get a 351 Windsor block all the 302 stuff fits except the lower intake manifold. The big plus of the 351 is that you can stroke them out to a 420ci. No more worries about bottom end torque! I've got a 351 Windsor in a Cortina. If it fits in the corty, it'll fit in the Lux. Just get the engine ...

OK the width seems alright. The Banshee is 1160mm wide. I just need to check the height, the quad is 1100mm high. I'm pretty sure there will be no worries with the length, its 1800mm long. Thanks....

Troopy rear door

Can one of you fabulous Troopy owners out there mind measuring the height and width of their rear door. I'm thinking of getting one but need to know if my Banshee will fit through the door apperature. Do all Troopies have the same sized doors? Any help would be appreciated.
