Thanks for that David. BTW I may have a few Rocky (f75) items for sale if anyone wants them as I have just stripped down an old wreck I bought a year or so ago.

F70 F75 F77 Service Manual

FYI, I have had a Service manual for the F70/75/77 up on the net for some time but the site

went down recently and have had to go looking for a new location.
The manual is now divided into two files located at http://rapidshare.de/files/2611200/Rocky_Manual__1.rar.html
and http://rapidshare.de ...

PM me or send me an email on rick_h@iinet.net.au

I have put a full Service manual for an F75 up on the net but am reluctant to openly display what the URL is.

Contact me and I will let you know its address. The F75 is a great beast, mine is normally aspirated (no turbo) but gradually being ...

An update on the sizes of shocks in my beast. I currently have Munro Gas shocks on board. Disconnected these and checked out my travel.
Front went from 390 to 490 mm and back from 425 to 390 mm. Compression was tested by jacking up one wheel untill the other wheel, front or back was also lifted ...

Thanks for that lay80n. Will crawl under the beast later on today and take some measurements re travel. Like the idea of the 9000x's but have heard some bad rap on them, but you get that with anything. BTW what shocks are you running

FYI the specs given to me for the various shocks to date are ...

Thanks for the replies. I like the sound of them 9000x's. The comments re the size of the OME's confirms one concern I had as the compressed and expanded size of them were much shorter than the ironman units. Thanks re the bilsteins, - got some details on them but at this point in time am holding ...

Shocks for F75 Rocky

About to commit to new shocks for my F75. Have just about narrowed it down to OME's or Ironman - would appreciate comments re other's as well.

Problem. OME specifies two different shocks, for the front 027's and for the back N43's. Apparently the 027's have a smaller bore than the N43's. Ironman ...

Hi Scooby,
From what you can see the majority of items on this forum relate to ferozas or Rockys as they are called in the US.

Don't be misled, when someone from the US talks about their Rocky they are talking about a Feroza.

As you said, the Rocky's come in two variants 2.8L diesel, with a ...

F75 Snorkel

Saw an F75 the other day that had a snorkel fitted to it that looked like a factory unit. It had the word BRUMBY embedded in it (raised in plastic) and really seemed to fit the F75. It also had a different air filter on that made me think that it may have been factory fitted. The Rocky was a 1988 ...

There is a Blacksmith in Grafton that just reset my springs and added new leafs to them.
Great job and cheap $100 per spring. If you want more info let me know and I will pass the details on.

Thanks for that.
Will check the prices out tomorrow, but they are probably way out of my league price wise. There is no doubting their quality as I have them on other cars I have, but I am severely short of that folding stuff at the moment. We will see.

FIREFLEX ENFORCER and KC Shocks

Need new shocks on an F75 Rocky. The recommendations to date have been to go with either KC shocks or the enforcer units. If anyone has any feedback on either of these two it would be appreciated.
The usage will predominately be blacktop with the odd bit of offroad. Planning on a trip to the Cape ...

U 2 can have one.
Follow the link below. It will cost you 15 pounds UK including postage. I have not had time to fully evaluate it but it looks good although it does lack clarity.
I will probably post the one I got somewhere but at 150 MB it will not be for some time yet

Yep, the Rocky one. Not for the Feroza.

I had to go to Sydney about a week ago and have been out of contact since I ordered it.

From what I can see it is complete 1246 files at a total size of 149.7 MB. Each file is a jpg of each page.

Here is the front page

Did likewise a week ago. My manual arrived yesterday on CD. Looks good - approx 1260 jpgs of all the sections in the Rocky F70-F75-F77 range.
I am going to do a rough comparison of it to the pinted version and then let everyone know the verdict, but on first take it looks good.
