Do they make much difference? In general they do... but if you have mass shakes due to other issues, they will only kill the damper faster.. Sort them out first and then go with the damper. I have the stock standard nervous 90's shakes that come with all GU's, but other than that no current issues ...

Steering Dampeners?
I drive a 98 GU patrol and just wondering if a new steering dampener like a tough dog or rancho are worth their $$$$. There is a Tough Dog on E-bay for $165 (free delivery)

What product are you intending to fit to the top of a 4" ss snorkle. Have you checked out whats available to fit onto a 4" pipe, cause I am in that process now and I cant seem to find a Air Ram to fit. Donaldsons smallest is 6.06" and the Safaris dont go that large Would be interested to here your ...

DIN mount for Uniden CB
Does anyone know where I might be able to get a DIN mount for my Uniden UH077 CB to go in to my 97 GU Patrol. The stock radio died a slow and painful death and have replaced it with a single DIN. Have found DIN mounts for other Uniden models but unable to locate one for mine. Cheers!
