Vit - water pulsing

Just checked my missus' vit and found the water level was way down (took about 1.5 litres to top it up) and the overflow was bone dry.
once filled up the water level seemed to pulse. i am thinking there may be a blockage somewhere but cant be sure.. anyone else experienced this before?

well for starters if they are in word they will be pixelated (not smooth) and come out looking ordinary. vector graphics arent pixels and are smooth. the file format can then also be taken to a printer and they can print without needing to convert etc.
either way its your choise mate.
