remove floor plates and tunnel, remove front and rear shaft and exastpipe (rear end) and handbrake, disconnect all the bolts, place one or two garage jacks under de gearbox pull it away from the enging. Place new fork and bolt it all together. Easy as that it is :roll:

I hoop he didnt broke de fork :oops:, if so, if master and slave are still working, you have to take out de gearbox and replace it. It's about 6 hours work i think.

The 200TDI is an original disco blok with 111bhp. And i like to see meself as an easy driver slow en easy on the trottel :D :D :D

Thanks for the reactions. The problem wit just using the toy diff and the rover axle is that the Jacmac stuff is not for sell in the Netherland, so wil have to order it, en it wil be much more expensive than changing axles.
