			Gday thought I'll show you all my spare wheel carrier I built, Its nothing special but was Cheep (free) and dose the job well 
Also fitted the mark's adapter part time kit yesterday Best mod ive done yet i think 
Also had my littel helper Nugget with me

			 Looks like a copy of the toyota factory mount offered in pretty much every market except australia. I think there is a good reason why it wan't offered here - toyota will have figured that in our conditions, the load on the body/door is excessive.

			Gday all just need some opinions on this wheel carrier as I'm am after one that dosent cost a fortune and this is for $550
Has anyone every used this stile, Are they strong and will it handle a bigger tyre like a 285/75/16 for an 80 series

			 dont you have to keep the panhard and steering arm at the same angle? So it really has to stay on that sharp angle...correct :? ?
It handles a heaps load better after its wheel alignment. But still not 100%
And yep my rear steering arm hits the radius arms on some turns.

			I have done my caster correction that's not the problem.
It is that the angel that the tail shafts  are on due to the gearbox is now higher than the diffs and the front and rear tailshafts are kind of binding up so i need to drop the box

			Gday all just like to no if any one has used gearbox spacers.
I have a 80 series and have lifted it 5" and now have got to do something about the tail shaft angle 
I have been told that 10mm will do dose this sound correct??
Dose it get rid of the front tail shaft noise (grinding sound)???

			Gday all i have heard of people saying that caster plates can just snap or brake.
Has any one had this happen to them or heard of it happening??. 
I just don't c it being possible anyway just thought i should ask.

			 lewy that is 1 fine machine!!!!! where abouts in brizzy did u get your drop boxes done??? are you only running 285's??? (33's) they look good with that lift!!!

			 Thanks heaps Lewy, have you got any photo's of your custom drop boxes????, what are these??? are they expensive??? Sorry big coil lifts are all new to me. The photo of your beast on level ground went all funny on my comp, the flexing pic was awsome!!!!

			Gday i got a 5" lift with 33" tyres looks good gos anywhere but would not go caster plates i have all was used drop boxes and they work a treat didn't touch the rear control arms not needed as for sway bars just take them of u will get better flex Heep's better

			Gday. About to lift my 80 series by 4-5 inches. Had lifted my old 80 series with efs springs and pro comp shocks with excellent results. Just the right amount of softness in the springs for down travel off road but not too much to overly affect road ride. 			just like to no what the first muffler is if it is a cad converter and if u need it i was going to take it out and run 2 1/2 from manifold all the way to the first join where i have got a 2 1/2 exhaust running any way just thought i should ask.

			gday just like to no what people have run on there 4wds i have no extractors  but got to get a new exhaust as mine is stuffed so i might as well make it sound good  so what do u all think is best
