Do you have a part no. for these, or the Honda model they suit?

4.875 R&P into Sierra

So I picked up some X-90 carriers today - hoping the R&P's would go straight into my diffs. :?

Should have done a bit more research here - they're different sizes

I've been running Couragia MT's in 235x75R15 for just over a year now.

On road they are a little noisy, but who's Zook isn't noisy anyway.
Since buying them, I've done about 8500 kms, mostly road, with frequent 4WD use too. Wear is barely noticeable.

In mud, they are awesome, I don't really drive ...

You're moving the diff back, so you'll be using the front hole on the perches.
So, put the plate on the perch with the middle holes lined up. Mark it where the front hole is, then drill it.

I bought a set of Federals in January. Got em for around $150 a tyre in Brisbane.

They work very well in the mud down here in Tassie and seem to be wearing quite well too.

Better to wait until they arrive so you can check, before bolting everything together. ;)

Cheapest I could find in Launceston was $44 per line at NBC. Enzed and other hydraulic places said that legally they can't do brake lines for road registered vehicles. One place said they would do for "off road only".

It all depends on what equipment the particular shop has, and their method of ...

Exactly.

So the most "comparable" way to measure tyre diameter, is to measure them unloaded, with some sort of indication of tread wear and pressure. So you don't have variations of different vehicles (Sierra / Vitara / LWB / SWB), and extra weight (pax, fuel, cargo, etc...)

If you really want ...

4.16:1 transfer case gears.

These will bring high range back to stock, and give you a good reduction in low. I have these with 235x75R15 tyres, they are perfect.

It will be easier to find gears than it will be to find the right 1L t-case to bolt in.

Put your axles in the freezer and leave them there overnight, they will shrink.
Put the collar in the oven for about half an hour or so, it will expand.

Jas,
What car are these springs from?
How much lift do they give?
And did you redrill the rear spring hanger, or just bolt straight in?
