There is something wrong the specs of the kaiser locker are 25 spline (27 rear diff) and 26.8 diameter it looks like its a front locker and not a rear diff locker.

They will create for us 5 new locker in 2 months from now since they have stopped producing that locker. Its time now for anyone who wants a locker to contact with them and be on the list.

Few days ago the kaiser told us that they only have 1 locker in stock :crazyeyes:

But one locker costs around 900+ euros, so the kaiser told us if they find out about 10+ feroza owners who are interested for the Kaiser locker they will
create 10+ new lockers and get them in a cheaper price (around ...

Ask your friends also if they want a locker it doesn't matter what brand of 4x4 they have, it will be cheaper if you make a bigger order.

Here in Greece two owners of SUZUKI have used it on both front and rear diffs. It works perfectly with out any sound and its 100% locker.
For feroza they only have for the rear stock diff only but we should be very happy that finally someone made our dreams come true.

Interesting to learn that Brazil had made a rear automatic locker for a lot of 4x4s and also for Ferozas :armsup:

Since i started playing with mud for a long time, my rear drum brakes where always warned out (after some mud trips). Therefore i searched the junk yards, to find some disk brakes. Here in Greece a feroza owner has used disk brakes from GOLF GTI (i dont know which year) i personally wouldnt recomend ...

The plate must been warned out or the pin of the wire is broken, on my feroza it has a small bump on the top of the pin.

The bush its since 1992 and it was destroyed after 18 year, don't worry also yours will last for a long time

The Ferozarocky its using aftermarket locker that http://www.protrack.gr" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; has developed here in Greece. He took the rear group lsd and swapped with the front so in front he has an LSD and in the back an aftermarket air locker.

With a bearing the clutch-gear works more softly and last longer i have changed mine 2 years ago and no problem since then.

Here in Greece the first protrack locker was done for a KIA SPORTAGE

I thinks ARB has for KIA Sportage locker.

I would suggest to take off the drum and hold up the handbrake to see if the brake pads are moving at all.

For the Rocky he has used the stock gears so he can send the components of the locker in a small box, but for the Feroza has used different gear so the post will be bigger and heavier.

I have used about 20-25 ml of silicon oil



the code number of the TOYOTA shop its 08816-03001 now the air fan works a little bit noise but the gauge-temperature hasnt changed at all but it stills works fine.

Good news we finally have the protrack air type lockers.

Take a look on that mitsos user has done a dyno test to see the difference with a stock air manifold and a second test with a snorkel. The chart showed us that the Feroza with the snorkel had 3.3 bhp and 0.5 nw more than the first test.
