Cheers for the idea Ferrit, But where would i but the plugs in? Would this mean drilling into both case and gbox and then tapping the holes?

Hey all, Was checking the levels in the cruiser today ( 1985 hj75) and when i got to the transfer case i almost coped a mouth full of oil, it seems to be way overfilled, to the point were its like a tap but i know the last time i filled it i did it to the correct level. rebuild time

cancel that order, got the engine out on the weekend and into the shead ready to break down, though i dont think the grass out back will every be the same again. Now i gota take it all apart and try see whats wrong with her and how much it will cost me.

a quick search on the web will give you some dynos of what the 2h makes stock. I got the turbo pipes and custom manifold for $200 which is rediciously cheap but it is in need of a good service which will probably be another $400 so im told. got one

Well i ended up with a oil cooled garette m10 turbo, including pipes and manifold. Tis a shame im going to have to cut the extractors i have out off the old girl. If any one in perth has a standard exhast and wants extractor tell me and well work a swap out. i have a Hj75 with the 2h.
