this turbo will fit my 4.2 petrol gq as far as i know its off a rb20 or rb30 its got everything there

Been reading on a another forum that standard 80 series springs and shocks = 3in on a nissan and will fit into a nissan has anyone done this or does anyone know if they will fit ? plus i've scored some cheap, on a budget now work cut backs

get your hands on a engine hoist and put it thru your front door and lower it onto the ground that way might be easier that way lift your carpet back and you will see a cover with bolt in it take them out and that cover will lift out i'm about to do the same thing

Not sure how you know you're running 5 psi. don't say if you have a boost gauge or did you get that off the turbo tuners.
If you don't have a boost gauge then get one before you start playing with boost and remember very small changes at a time and test under full load conditions between each ...

Out of curiosity - where do the oil/water lines hook up to the engine?
i took my oil sender unit out and put a t piece in with a new sender unit in then i attached a hose from there to the turbo and the outlet oil i put pipe into the sup so the oil could drain back into i haven't done the water ...

Checked out your video, didn't look to bad to me. Typical turbo 2H.
I was intrested to see your pictures as I have never seen a 2H turbo kit with and external waste gate before I have labled some pics for you to give you an idea what Im talking about.

What turbo set up have you got .
And if it is an AXT by chance how do you turn up the boost as i have just got mine back on the road amd put approx 2500klm on the new motor and now want some more power too.
This may be a little bit off subject but i figured that may be some people are not quite ...

the guy at the turbo said thats all it needs your engine will last longer i was expecting around 9 or 10 psi and its real quite even after putting a new 3in exhaust on her

got my 2h turbo tuned today after putting t on over the weekend and now there is bit of black smoke coming out when you give some on take off is that good all bad the turners said the turbo is good and only running 5psi

Does anyone know of anyone who can cut my roof off my 60 and weld another one on. the roof now is too rusted out to fix but i've got a another 60 with a good roof on it bit the rest of the body is stuffed in newcastle nsw

Yeah mate its about half way along the inside of the chassis on the drivers side. It should be black and looks like a cannister. Bit smaller than a can. It has a 10mm bolt in the bottom. Undo this bolt and water first should run out, then fuel. I've heard these thing are prone to shit themselves ...

When you say the primer pump wont pump, does it go up and down or is it just staying up?
Maybe a blocked fuel line, possibly sucked up some crap when you went up the hill?
See if you can gently blow some compressed air down the fuel line and then see if the lift pump works... Use the bleed ...

Sounds like your sucking air in the fuel lines somewhere. By climbing that hill, it may have exposed that leak further and allowed more and more air to be sucked in.
Might be your lift pump.
Are you sure it's bled properly?
