Hi there, I have listed in a cruise control manual Landcruiser 95 on EFI a BLUE/WHITE wire in an OEM plug (vacant) above the brake pedal. 4000 PPM. I have not fitted cruise to one of these but this manual is usually fairly accurate.
Hope this helps.
Matt.

G'day Al, if your amp has high level inputs I would ditch the converter & just run the speaker outputs from your headunit to the high level inputs on your amp. The amp should be fine for running a sub. ? If the amp has no inbuilt crossover you can buy an extenal crossover that is wired inline on the ...

G'day Luke, it sounds like there may be a short in the 6 x 9 speaker wiring. Have you run the speaker wiring from the amp to the 6 x 9's without any joins in it? Is there a chance the speaker terminals may be touching metal? Maybe when screwing some of the plastic trim back on it has pinched the ...

XL7 check engine light.
Hi there, I have just had my check engine light come up on the dash on my 2001 XL7. The owners manual states that this indicates a problem with the emission system. I have disconnected/reconnected the battery twice but it still comes on about 10 seconds after starting & doesn't go out.

G'day I have a uniden (cant remember model no but looks like uh 015) in my 01 xl7. I removed the ashstray & made a bracket for the head to mount to. Was fiddly but looks like factory fit. These are generally rolling code remotes so one off the shelf will work but it will need to be programmed to suit your car. I found this link for Vision so you could contact them but I think they may only deal with the trade directly so they may be able to refer you to an installer/store in your ...

G'day, I have a 2001 XL7 which I am quite happy with. Fuel economy isn't a strong point especially combined with the small 66l tank. Did Fraser last year & just got 300 km's out of the tank. G'day there, those cheap headlight buzzers usually wire up as follows: Red wire to headlight positive wire & black wire to positive ACC ON wire from key switch. The positive ACC ON wire when turned off leaks earth which gives ground for the headlight buzzer so when the headlights are left on 12v is ...

G'day Greg, I'll have to take some photos of the setup for you. If yours has factory cruise it may be a problem as where it is mounted is where I put the starting battery. I relocated the radiator overflow to in front of the L/H headlight and completely removed the bracket for the factory cruise ...
