In short NO nissan never released a 4x4 with a lsd in the front.

G'day Ray. I had alloy ones on my 60 and they don't come loose. Checked them a few times first up but now they only get checked when I have to take a wheel off.

I have a S/C on a 2.2 4y efi and yes it was a lot of stuffing around to set it up. Saying that though it was well worth it. The big advantage is being able to turn it off and on at will. On a mechanically injected diesel I would put a turbo on it if I were you.

Tassie recognises all engineering certificates and will transfer straight over.

You do this to get an LSD in the front.
An MQ/K rear diff hemisphere is the same as a gq front so strength isn't the issue. You are only using the hemisphere noth the whole centre. you retain the GQ pinion and crownwheel.

No MQ shorty's had a remote transfer.. You will need to source one out of an automatic wagon.

I have done this conversion. You need to remove the MQ crown wheel of it's lsd hemisphere and fit the GQ crownwheel to it. If you get the kind of flex you should, you will need a 10" shaft spline from locked up 4X4. Just spacing the original won't be enough
