as diesel engines don't have a manifold vacuum they normally run a vac pump off the back of the alternator to run the brake booster so like i said just a thought it may be worth checking the vac pump as this could the problem.

I have a gq with a tb42 had the head decked about 25thou ported extractors to 2 1/2 inch all the way out electronic igniton new gas system and had it dynoed at 75kw at the rears on 35s so maybe 100% standard you would probably look at about 60-65 kw
