Did you use a wedge or flat adopter for the vitara box or did you re drill the chassis?

The rear diff housing is bent on the zook so it has to come out!
Also
With the weight of the bull bar and I want to put a winch on as well
I thought of changing the spring pack

I have front and rear spring pack that came with the diffs
and the rear diff is a LSD

I was hoping that I could buy ...

This is my Zook at the moment using a rocky road 6" spoa lift ( not real happy with ) and a high steer that Matt Pasani made to suit (works great )

This has some pics of my Torque bar / anti wrap bar
I have finished the welding and put some black paint on it
works well but has a little slack in it which can make a loud knock sound
other then that it I am happy with it

I bought my long U-Bolts from Rocky Road outfitters
I am not kidding when I say that from the time I put my order through their web site to the day they got to my front door was quicker then the couple of 4x4 shops that I rang to get back to me just to say they could not get the length I needed ...

1) how many liters in a standard fuel tank?
2) I have a long range fuel tank to put into my Sierra, do I use a standard fuel gauge sender in it?

(My fuel gauge has never worked properly so I will need to get a new sender!)

On all my 4x4's I've always used a hammer and screwdriver, but
Best to use a socket if you get one!

I bought CBC front wheel replacement bearing and seal kit,
Kit no. sz191 (one side)
includes
2x Koyo part no. 57414 (bearing)

I used
2 x 80 series rear arms & 1 x nut and bolt
1 old Sierra shackle & rubbers
50 x 25 square tube
50 x 10 flat bar
pipe for the shackle
3 high tensile nuts and bolts
I went to One Steel and got some 50 x 75 square ( off cuts $0 )
