hi 2roky, just some input from a fellow kiwi, i have 2 f300's one for modification & one stocker that I use for club events, if you want the most fun with your pants one throw some 30 or 31" muddy's on some deep offset rims, chuck a bigger exhaust on it chuck out the std air cleaner & let rip, mine ...

You can reroute the ecu wiring loom so it goes thru the firewall on the drivers side instead of the passengers side. alot of work but the ecu can then be positioned above the heater assembly so its just below windscreen height. as i say its alot of work. not so much on mine as its dedicated off road ...

Auto or manual, coil or leaf??
For my next f300 project I have gathered up a commy V6 & auto, Hilux diffs & gearbox but cant decide wether to stick with the auto & fit a transfer box or go with the hilux manual, also coil or hilux leaf suspension.
Your thoughts please. This will be dedicated off road.

Just something that came up over beers, someone mentioned possible damage to box by towing, couldn't see how myself, just thought you guys may have heard something, just back from the garage.....No neutral in transfer, bloody japs hidden it somewhere. when i purchased feroza the box only had 2h & 4h ...

Hi, does anyone flat tow there feroza?? That is with "A" frame, just interested as they have no neutral in transfer case & was wondering about possible damage???
