looking at turboing my mq, but dont want to spend too much, iv'e rebuilt
the motor 30,000k ago, it's reliable but want a bit more go.

intercooler hose
hi guys i have a 4.2 straight gas turbo, would anyone know why my intercooler hose blows off, only in 5th gear and under boost, pissing me off cos i have to pull over each time and bolt hose clamp back on. is something wrong or what can i do to overcome this problem. any help would be greatfull.

im running 18 psi in my 4.2 straight gas, runs great and heaps of ball. if ur not de-comping stay round 5 psi, but if u want more u'll have too spend a bit more, JPC built mine, cheap to run, specially with that power, only problem is long trips away, make sure that the country towns u drive throw ...
