with plasma you have to keep it clean (free for dirt and small fine rocks)and clean it out every time you use it or the girt builds up inside the rope and cuts it from the inside out. so then if the prolockers aren't better then the arb locker so why is it then that a lot of the guys that race in the winch challenges and the outback challenge and so on are switching from arb lockers to the prolockers I would say that that is telling you something about which locker is better. prolockers are the way to go. I run them in the front and rear of my GU ute. A mate of mine as worked on testing the arb locker verse the tjm prolocker and the prolocker come out the best by far. yes you can run them off the arb compressor and yes they make the noises when you turn them on and off ...
