Surf auto with the bell housing off the lexus auto and you dont need a adapter to run a chain driven case or if you want to go gear driven case this is what you'll need http://www.locktup4x4.com.au/chain-to-gear-drive-adapter-1414.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; or email them and ...

Can go a 23 spline coupler if you wish to beef it up. Just means buying a new input if your T/case has standard gearing or if your buying gears at same time it won't cost a cent extra to make it stronger :D

Re: Axle studs snapped, rear left wheel. Best way to get fix

Put some socket head cap screws (12.9 tensile rating) i think.Get them up nice and tight also check ya wheel bearings have NO play that'll go along way to solving your problem. X2 on this.. I run the 10mm socket head bolts with no problems. But I reckon the 8mm ones would be heaps! When ordering ...

Sounds like you might have a v6 cw&p I know the pinion bearings on them Are quite a bit larger and 90% sure the crownwheel is thicker also so you will need the 3rd member to match it, also think you will need different carrier bearings to match it up with the airlocker or you could machine a spacer ...

For what it sounds like your using for it i'd stick with lux diffs, Make sure there set up right thats the biggest problem most people won't give carrier or pinion bearings enough preload and thats the fastest way to break shit

eBay china or the like for the cooler for size get a tape measure. Run pipes though under rh headlight may need to move battery for this. For piping run same size as what comes out of turbo this is what I've found out looking into doing it to mine 99% sure it's spot on

From what i've seen on the net etc the nitro's are the strongest option out there. When you order just let them know ones for a hi pinion centre and ones for the low pinion setup as the hi pinion gears are reverse cut.
