checked air con condensor few bugs ect in it but definatly not blocked, will pull the water pump off tomorrow and see whats going on

when i had the mechanical fan you gould really hear it whizzing so i think it was pullin plenty of air, think i will pull off the water pump and check it out, will give the aircon another blast make sure it is all clean

yes it is turboed with more fuel, also has body lift 2inch, will put the old fan back on should I try a new hub? Do they play up? And aircon condenser ect is clean

i had a gu zd30 good motor i guess went well but had problems with egt's getting to hot luckily i had boost and pyro guages spent thousends on trying to fix it with tests, new sensors ect couldnt sort it so sold it and now have a td42 and couldnt be happier :)

hey gts how much work is it to convert a say 2002 leaf rear end gu patrol to coils?? im looking at buying a ute and there seems to be lots of leaf utes avaliable and if its fesable to do a swap on one

hey does anyone know if a 5l head will fit a 2lt block, i know that the 2lt and 3l both use the same head, i know that manifolds and some fuel pump stuf wil have to be modified but willit bolt up

ive have tried a new maf and no difference :( can someone who has a pyro om one of these tell me how hot the egt's will go if they hold it flat in 5th gear??

i already have the egr blocked, the let me just ask this to whome has a pyro on their zd 30 if your on the highway and in 5th gear put your foot flat and hold it flat how hot will the egt's go?? i have a brand new air flow meter in it so no probs there. mine will quite quickly go 550 600 and keep ...

but when you lower boost it makes egt's rise so it would be better to have moore boost to keep the egt's lower

dave- im not sure how old the air flow meter is it has 100,000ks on it and i have only had it for 5000ks so i would imagine it has never been replaced. macneil-- the guage is an autometer one and only has boost, sw1-- cheers for that ill check out the sight and see what i can sort out tweakie-- yes ...
