dunno about other model cruisers but over here in NZ toyota are selling 70 series draglinks and tierods complete with balljoints on the ends for $45 plus gst each, they are ex japan and arrive withing a week with no freight charge on top :)

yeah didnt even know I'd joined this site, yep been doing a fair bit of running around in my 75 recently, its come out pretty good nice and reliable and drives nice but shit its drinking gas I got 225km out of the first ...

we did an LS into my 75 cruiser last year, we used a 6.0l lq4 which is a truck version LS2, cast iron block instead of alloy but all just the same as an LS1. We used the old dellow bellhousing from the 350 chev that was in the truck, there was one bolt hole not tapped into the block other than that ...

yeah you'll have to do some minor firewall massaging but it'll probably be next to nothing if you've got a 2" bodylift in it, I did mine before I body lifted my truck and I only had to do a bit of massaging for the LH head, I just tapped it back with a club hammer and a piece of carpet and it came ...

I think I'm doing around 350km to a 90 litre tank of petrol in my 75 series truck, don't drive it hard but the 4bbl holley is pretty tired.
