Probs with the 80lt waeco
How are we all iv got a 80lt waeco fridge/frezzee and it's only 3 months old, has any1 had the problem that it works fine then it want cool, turn it off then back on and it will start cooling again every so often it does this

I'm surprised that JPC drill into the water jacket on the inlet side when everyone else drills them on the hottest side (exhaust).
The pic below is one of Ontracks turbo petrol cars but it shows it on the hottest side of the head which is where you would expect any steam pockets to occur.

iv already spent 15000 on it (turbo, pump, injectores, cooler,piping, water rail in head, and alot of boost) but rebuilding it with jpc pistons, custom grind cam, ported head and big valve angles, turbo rods, getting my turbo re built and same with the pump and the injectors and get all re balanced ...

hi mate, I am looking at doing something close to yours but not quite as high and with 33 inch tyres. What spring rates and free length of the coils did you use on the build. In mine I think I will use radius arms front and rear not a 3 link rear. Cheers, Stirlo.
