on the spectators issue, aren't the sponsors going to be more happy if people (other than just racers, who probably have competitors sponsorship) see their company logo! it would be like the V8 supercars not being televised or allowing spectators! sponsors would drop fairly fast! hard to start after mech played with it!
hi there, we have an 89 4.2l turbo GQ. runs like a dream, starts perfect every time. sent it to a mech to have a pre-gas install check up (to make sure it is ok for diesel on gas) had a pyro gauge fitted, radiator removed and cleaned, compression test, exhaust flow test and a dyno run.
now it starts ...

diesel on gas (impco set-up)
hi guys, looking at putting diesel on gas on our 89 GQ 4.2 turbo. went to LPGAS1 and they do an IMPCO set-up. anyone read or know much about these set-ups? i had an IMPCO set-up on a previous vehicle, but that was petrol/gas not diesel. any advice.....
