let me guess hobbit, you work for them or sell them or have some sort of steak in them. the ONLY posts you have done on here are related to endless air, and ONLY to direct people to using genuine. if you do have something to do with them, it would be wrong of you not to say so!

we have a GQ 4.2ltr turbo diesel, 4inch lift, roof racks and 33x12.5 STT's. we get about 450km out of the 95ltr tank

on the spectators issue, aren't the sponsors going to be more happy if people (other than just racers, who probably have competitors sponsorship) see their company logo! it would be like the V8 supercars not being televised or allowing spectators! sponsors would drop fairly fast! hi there, we have an 89 4.2l turbo GQ. runs like a dream, starts perfect every time. sent it to a mech to have a pre-gas install check up (to make sure it is ok for diesel on gas) had a pyro gauge fitted, radiator removed and cleaned, compression test, exhaust flow test and a dyno run.
now it starts ...

i have seriously considered the conversion and the only thing i was wondering is how long approx does it take to get the rebate back from the gov

i have a mate who did it, he took all of his rego paperwork with him when he picked it up, took it straight to vic roads and got the rego sticker ...

hi guys, looking at putting diesel on gas on our 89 GQ 4.2 turbo. went to LPGAS1 and they do an IMPCO set-up. anyone read or know much about these set-ups? i had an IMPCO set-up on a previous vehicle, but that was petrol/gas not diesel. any advice.....

just noticed a lump under the pedals on the floor of our 89 lwb gq. I had a look underneath and saw that where the body lift block rests on the body, there is a support and this support is welded to the floor. at one point, it has come away from the floor and this is where the lump is ...

we like them so much, we have them on our triton, gq patrol and our camper trailer!

anyone know how you set up those ram things like on the comp trucks? Ive seen them on a rack of some sort, in a cage that is lowered backwards by the ram, at the flick of a switch inside the cabin!

get the 240's then contact bushy555 for his hid upgrade fitting ($15) then get a hid upgrade kit off ebay ($100-$250) and now you have HID at a fraction of the price!!! you cant upgrade XGT's to HID. even though they have the same body!
