Yeah the first place i connected it to was the battery and then the stereo and then the cigarette lighter and then the fuse box and then a second car all just as bad as the next. Will try regulator cheers any other ideas?.

My 89 ln106 has done 350,000klms mostly with a 2 inch body lift and 33x12.5 and it is the most reliable thing i have ever owned it has only needed the brakes and oils and filters changed and she goes anywhere first time every time.

I believe original fitted turbos do start with KZN so i would say it is an after market turbo. Looked at about 15 this week and all factory fitted turbos are KZN while the LN are not fitted with a turbo from factory
