Cressida box is geared strongly in my opinion as my mate had one not connected to his p/s pump and i compared to my vit box with no pump connnected and you can tell the difference in gearing. Only my experience.

Got it done. !/2 inch solid bar around perimeter of short arm and box tube centre gusset. The long arm was reinforced with 40x40 rhs. Rocktoy ring is a great bit of gear thanks chris :armsup: .
Also my skid plate now pics up a rear hole underneath the rear output so it should be solid enough to ...

Thanks for the help guys but got it sorted today tomorrow onto making a bucket to protect the t-case and weld it to the arms. Sort of like a homemade mighty kong.

Im installing a rock toy ring after i bent the short side arm. I have reinforced the long side arm and will be reinforcing the short arm with 1/2 inch solid bar around the perimeter. Just want to get a visual and how people have welded their rocktoy rings as mine is bolted to the outside of the ...

drain will be added before it get installed. As for the inlet outlet being so close i've seen numerous tanks set up this way with no sign of any problems. I am using the original hole i just tapped a few more for pressure switch.

Mightymouse: So what your saying is i'd be better off with a smaller pressure switch say 100 out to match what goin in.
Tank will be mounted directly above the tank. I.m planning to build a small platform for it to bolt to. The whole unit will be mounted behind the rear seat.

Whats the toughts on replacing bushings with heim joints. At the moment i have a shackle mounted off a crossmember and bushings on the diff end. There is some amount of slack due to the bushings so was thining heims would eliminate that and also would not limit flex.
Just thinking out loud.

Im in the same position as above. I have done the spoa lux diff conversion on my short wb zook and pointed the pinion at the t-case but was getting bind in my uni's when drivetrain was loaded. I have a track bar and have ground out the ears on the yoke for more clearance but this is not the ideal ...

i had some over heating issues due to blown head gasket. Skimmed the head and replaced gasket and shes still going strong.
