I looked at putting a 93 Pathfinder body onto mine but the engine bay wasn't long enough! The engine would fit but without enough room for fans on the rad. With an R50 you have the added problem of no chassis so harder to make body mods. The VH uses the same auto as Patrol and this is what I have ...

Vh41 into Pathfinder questions
I,ve done a search, but come up with very little info. I have a 99 Pathy and I'm going to do a VH41 conversion, using the Cima auto. The pathy forum suggested the auto will bolt straight up to the Pathy transfer, but i am a little suspicious about hearsay evidence and would like comments from anyone ...

Every vehicle is different. You will need to consult the workshop manual to find out at what temp, the thermostat operates at. For my vehicle, I have an 88 degree thermostat and the thermo fans kick in at about 92 degrees from memory. I have calibrated my temp guage so I know that the mid point on ...

IMO 2x 10 inch thermos will not cool enough. I had ongoing cooling problems when I first put a VP V6 into my old D21 Navara. I experimented with 16 inch thermos, shrouds etc, etc, all to no avail. I even fitted a 351 Falcon radiator and it still overheated on a hot day. Enter AU Falcon twin thermos ...

More power or less power?? I just went in and found out that the New motors have some weird new and improved sick ass injection system, so the conversion kit is completely different, therefore costs approx $5000 vs, the old $3000.... Also, valves? Usually how many k's would you get with gas before ...

If you have oil in the radiator, it is either a cracked head, or a head gasket blown. You have no option but to rip off the head. It will be pretty obvious if it is just the gasket, so if it is, clean up the surfaces and fit a new gasket. probably only about a 4 hour job and the only specialist tool ...

Any one have a idea of how many watt solar panel will run my engle 39l fridge. i think it uses max of 7amp hrs Cheers Rhett I trust you understand that you can't run a fridge directly off a solar panel, but you can use a panel to charge the battery which runs your fridge. Amp-hours is more a ...

Your gearbox has the bell housing as part of the box, so I think you'll find the options are somewhat limited. After researching a lot a few months ago, I am convinced the standard gearbox isn't as weak as some people maintain and it would easily handle the 3lt V6 motor or similar, but from memory ...

4 Runner Cruise Control Info
I am trying to locate the cruise control ECU from an early 90s 4 Runner. I bought the steering wheel and under bonnet bits from a wrecker, but they don't have any idea where the ECU is located. Any info would be appreciated, thanks

If you look on Lextreme, there is a huge build up by Cebby, I think.
