Hi Andrew, it's a shame that extractors are such a pain in the arse. I wish someone would steal my lux and overhaul it it! You know the deal... some foose wheels, v8 etc. :lol:

I think I'll just live with it the way it is... and maybe look at the K&N air filter for a bit better economy and a ...

I went and saw the guy at KV's (nice bloke btw), he said I'd be looking at around $2k for the job. He says he does most V8's from between $1-1.5k to give me an idea and basically said he can do it but the amount of labour involved is the real killer. I'm pretty sure he said he'd need to re-route ...

mmaaxx thanks for your reply.... Sounds like an expensive move going for the customs. I think someone on the other forum was quoted about $1800 for some customs but don;t quote me on that... :lol:

Gday, new to the forum and had a quick look around ofr this topic to no avail so here we go...

I rang a local exhaust shop on the Sunny Coast to enquire about having extractors fitted to my Lux but they say that nobody makes them at this stage and suggested that the best thing I could do for fuel ...
