I know of 80 and 105 series owners with 3" lift that cured a vibration (only appeared after the lift) by installing 5-10mm spacers between the transfercase crossmember and the mounting surface. The vibration is allegedly caused by the change in angle of the propshafts.

I had similar erratic pedal movement. After the mechanic replaced the master cylinder with no luck :roll: it turned out that the front wheel bearings were stuffed. The excessive bearing play caused the disc to push the brake pistons back into the bores and when you apply brakes it needed to travel m...
