Twin Snorkels on A Hilux

I am looking at getting more air into my 96 hilux.
I already have a Safari Snorkel (Diesel) on it and was wondering how I'd go putting another one on the other side off a petrol?
What do ya's think?

Thanks,
Mark

Chopping My Hilux

Hi Everyone,
I am looking at chopping my hilux. I personally like the idea, but others (such as my daughter) don't agree with me. I'm just wondering what you guys would think? We made this up quickly, it's not all in proportion and I am looking at having the tray a bit shorter then this one. But ...

Me and my family are going, as we live in Mudgee. Only an hour and half away or so from Bathurst. Should be a good event to go and watch, hopefull it wont be AS cold as it is at the moment. But, the chances of it are fairly good. Looking forward to seeing the buggys and some of your rigs there !!

Smaller Competitions

Hi,

Instead of the big 4WD Competitions (Were resonably well modified trucks complete eg: Nissan Trials, Willoglen etc) what other competitions are around for not so heavily modified trucks?
Some of them cost alot of money to go in. Looking for something like J7, in NSW.

Thanks,
Mark

Went down with the family and a mate on Saturday.
Was excellent, but the rain set in after lunch so we decided to head off as we were getting quite wet and getting a little tired. But being there for 4-5 hours was great! Saw some great rigs, nice and lifted with big tyres  Took a few photos ...

V6 or V8 Conversions

I have a 96' Hilux and am looking at putting a V6 or a V8 in in.
I am not a very mechanical though. So, I am wondering where would be the best place in NSW (Preferably Sydney) to get a full v6 or v8 conversion done? (As in, I drive it in, and drive it out with it all done)
Any help would be much ...

Mickey Thomson MTZ's

I'm thinking of getting some Mickey Thomson MTZ's and was wondering do many people use them? From all reports they seem good, was just wondering what other people thought of them.

Air Lockers

Where's the best and cheapest place, to buy air lockers (for my hilux) in NSW? Preferably in Sydney or around that area.

Thanks,
Mark.

Springs

Just a question, what are the best leaf springs under a hilux?
I've tried all the usual ones. But, find alot of them no good.
They sag or they are to stiff or they even go like a W over the front diff.

Thanks.
