I have a Kempii pulse 2800 automotive. (3phase power.) Very easy to use. No, electrics are different.
Desiel has glow plugs and timer
Tacho pick up will be different.

You sure the axle is bent and that the flange plate which sits over the wheel bearing is just not sitting square.
