I would be looking at the 2.5GV or 2.7L XL7 motor to drop into the 2L wagon engines drop in easily compared to others as they ran 2.5L in some markets over sea's. from waht i have heard you could use the same computer for the 2.5L and then putting in 5.12 diff ratios from the old 1.6 wagons will ...

yes modification and warranty have never sat well with suzuki but i have been fitting Lift kits, snorkels, and sliders to new suzuki's for Norris Suzuki at Nundah and they have a 3 year warranty :armsup:

i know a Dealer up north who will void your warranty if you fit a snorkel :crazyeyes:

do any other Toyotas have the same pattern too?

what year model rav4 had 17inch steel rims?

i would agree that the struts are just to short and causing the problem.

the Calmini struts are rubbish because they are the same length as factory.

get longer struts with the calmini kit

i know XL7 will give you a tiny lift but the coil is bigger in the rear so the brake line came way to close to the coil for my liking.

ive gone the 04 GV way with a 4inch lift and fly by them on road and still drive past them off road.

last drive out out riply i watched a few hiluxes struggle then back up so i drove it and kept going :lol:
