Bit of a grave dig... there are still cores on ebay (USA) for $59 ea... how would one go about sourcing end caps and building the housing these days?

Would like this type of cooler on a 1hdft.

Replace with a genuine, not just a supercheap special, and rule that out as well.

He can design and have 3D CNC'd something that will do the job and look good in the least amount of space possible.

35's, 4.1 diffs, 23psi, gets about 13.5 on the hwy including some big overtakes, and about 15/16 around town, but i do give it crap alot....

Iv got an N/A td42 and asside from it being a lil sluggish on the freeway with 35s I've never once been in the scrub and though hmm I could own this track if I had a turbo. Money would be better spent on lockers and crawlers for me. Too many four wheelers trying to get stupid amounts of power out ...

How much boost you running?

All in all, I'm getting the same fuel economy when I take it easy on 35's as I did on 32's b4 the cooler etc. But when I boot it, I now watch my fuel gauge like a reverse tacho LOL but that's all about how much fuel we have decided to put it.

been thinking about an insulator between the intake manifold and the head to reduce heatsoak to the intake manifold , there would have to be gains there aswell wouldnt there ??

Region size was probably to big. that effects the refresh rate heaps.

I'll never sell my Kemppi MLS 2300, it's 230 amps of sheer AC/DC welding brilliance.
I would however like to complement it with my mates Miller Dynasty 350 amp machine, I love my Kemppi but that Dynasty 350 is a step up again. Just a little too big to carry onsite though.
