3 inch flexi coils are great for stopping coils dropping out on full flex but are too soft for 4wding imo. It its an ARB. Remove the bar from the mounting bracket. Drill new holes at correct height through the mounting bracket. Replace bar. Perfect job. Around an hours work. DIY = Free.
The bar remains as strong as original
